Refund policy

Anything you buy here can be refunded within 30 days of delivery.

Starting one

Use the refund request form with the email on the order. Most requests are answered the same day, and approved refunds reach the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The conditions, plainly

• Hardware, eyewear and accessories: unused or gently tried, in their packaging.
• Supplements: unopened bottles refund in full; opened-bottle situations are reviewed case by case rather than auto-declined.
• Digital items: refundable within 30 days if the download didn't work for you.
• Return postage is yours for change-of-mind, ours when we got it wrong.

Repeat orders

Refunding a charge and stopping future cycles are two different levers — refunds here, cancelling on the cancel page. Pull both if you need both.
